The point

A wardrobe for one week in late September

In late September two hundred and fifty boats race each other in the gulf, and the town changes pace. You spend the day on the water, or on the quay watching the fleet come back in. It is twenty-four degrees at midday and fifteen at nine at night.

The collection is conceived and developed for that week. Twenty-two pieces: eight polos, four zipped or quilted pieces, three t-shirts, three shirts, three accessories and one linen dress.

North Sails designs it, in its Milan design studio. The company has been making sails since 1957, long before it dressed anyone, and some of the boats entered in the gulf carry its sails.

VST43° distributes it, across five stores and its e-shop. The collection is annual: this one carries the 2026 vintage, and the next edition will carry its own.

A dozen classic yachts sailing close-hauled in the gulf of Saint-Tropez under a clear sky.
